DETAILED TOUR EXPERIENCE
9:00 AM – Pick up. Dress comfortably with covered shoulders/knees, sturdy shoes for walking, sun hat, sunscreen, and bring cash, some places don’t accept cards. First stop: Panagia Kera Kardiotissa Monastery, known for its miraculous icon.
10:30 AM – Visit the Cave of Zeus, a top island attraction. A steep but paved path leads up; donkey rides available (extra cost).
12:00 PM – Enjoy lunch in a traditional village with Cretan dishes and local wine.
1:30 PM – Visit Psychro village for a hands-on pottery demo and a chance to make your own ceramic piece.
2:30 PM – Depart by coach back .
